EDM electrodes
For your EDM processes, we supply high-precision electrodes made from copper, tungsten copper, and carbide, available in diameters from 0.05 mm to 10 mm and in various lengths.

Precision Collets
For process-stable EDM drilling, we recommend using AGEMA precision collets. Available in all standard sizes from 0.05 mm to 5 mm, these collets are known for their exceptional accuracy and long service life.
For larger diameters from 5 mm to 10 mm, we use self-sealing collets that ensure secure clamping even under high pressure.
All collets feature a standardized ER16 interface and are specifically designed to clamp thin tube electrodes without deformation. Thanks to their tight sealing, they hold the electrode firmly – even at 200 bar – while maintaining precise alignment.

For demanding EDM drilling applications, we recommend our silicon nitride electrode guides. This advanced ceramic material is extremely wear-resistant, ensuring long service life even under continuous use.
Our guides are manufactured with tight tolerances and offer a clearance of only a few microns, enabling:
